I r dum, I saw your mesh several days ago but can't find it now. Was it moved to MTS2 or something?
Ok, I found the downloads after a little more intelligent searching.
You did a wonderful job, my dad bought one of these off the showroom floor in 1964. Black convertible with a red interior. The only thing you did not get was the individual lettering that goes across the front of the hood. The '64 had THUNDERBIRD spelled out across the very front of the hood just between the front headlights. But you did a beautiful job, I am sure putting that lettering on would be extremely hard. And it was a booger to keep them on in real life also, I found them laying in front of the car on several occasions and just wondered how in the heck they didn't fall off on the way down the road or something.
I just loved the car and actually had to buy the service manuals for $105 in 1979 in order to repair the electro-hydrolic trunk lid parts. No local mechanics would touch that part of the car. I had to order them directly from Ford.
I was able to drive it on occasion when I was cruisin' in High School and the girls just loved the car (not that I would know what to do with a girl back then if I had gotten one). I would stop at a stoplight with the roof up and when I would hit the button to lower the roof people in the cars stopped at the light opposite would stare and also the cross traffic cars would stop and watch. It was great. My dad sold it just before he died in 1985 and I have tried to track it down but it is somewhere in Florida, probably wrecked or rusted out by now.
Thanks so much for the mesh!
